Your email. When you ask for an appointment or join the family plan, we collect the email address you enter so we can follow up about Navora.

Usage and device data. Like most sites, we collect basic analytics — pages viewed, the actions you take here, approximate location, browser and device type — to understand how well Navora works and how our ads perform.

We do not ask you to create a health record, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We use a small number of advertising and analytics cookies (from Meta and Google) to measure our ads and improve the site. These run by default. You can opt out at any time — when you do, we turn these off and delete those cookies from your browser. Essential cookies needed for the site to function are always on.

We share the limited information above with service providers who act on our behalf:

• Meta and Google — to measure and improve our advertising. When you submit your email with cookies enabled, we may share a securely hashed (irreversible) version of it with Meta to match our ad conversions. With cookies opted out, we don’t.
• Kit — to store your email and send you Navora updates you signed up for.

Some of these providers process data in the United States, so your information may be handled outside Canada and be subject to laws there.

We keep your email for as long as you want Navora updates, and analytics data for as long as it is useful to improve the product. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Under PIPEDA you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw your consent, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, email us at admin@navoradigitalhealth.com.
